ফেনীবাজার.কম.বিডি এর রিফান্ড পলিসিঃ

পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডার এর প্রোডাক্ট যদি স্টক না থাকে বা কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রবলেম এর কারণে রিটার্ন করা হলে অথবা একাধিক প্রোডাক্ট এর মধ্যে থেকে কোন একটি প্রোডাক্ট স্টক না থাকলে এবং স্বল্পতম সময়ে প্রোডাক্ট স্টকে আসার সম্ভাবনা না থাকলে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড করে দেয়া হয়। প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন এর ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই প্রোডাক্ট পুনরায় বিক্রি যোগ্য আছে কিনা সেটি ইভালুশন করে দেখার পর রিফান্ড এর ব্যাপারে সিধান্ত নেয়া হবে।

নিচে রিফান্ড মেথড গুলি দেয়া হল-

রিফান্ড চার্জঃ রিফান্ডের জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে অর্থাৎ আপনি যে এমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করবেন সেই এমাউন্ট থেকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ কেটে বাকি এমাউন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে তবে ডিস্কাউন্ট বা অফারের রিফান্ড কন্ডিশনঃ বিকাশ, রকেট, নগদ, ভিসা, মাষ্টারকার্ড বা এমেক্সকার্ডে কোন অফার থাকলে এবং সেই অর্ডার বাট্র্যাঞ্জাকশন রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ডিস্কাউন্ট বা ক্যাশব্যাক এমাউন্ট ফেরত যোগ্য নয় অর্থাৎ আপনি কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর জন্য অফারে ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্ট ৯০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করলে বা ১০০০ টাকা পেমেন্ট করে কোন ক্যাশব্যাক পেয়ে থাকলে রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশব্যাকের এমাউন্ট কেটে এবং ডিস্কাউন্টের ক্ষেত্রে আপনি যেএমাউন্ট পেমেন্ট করেছেন শুধু সেই এমাউন্ট রিফান্ড করা হবে।

রিফান্ডের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময়ঃ রিফান্ড রিকোয়েস্ট এর ডেট থেকে ৭ কর্ম দিবসের মধ্যে যে মাধ্যমে পেমেন্ট করা হয়েছে সেই মাধ্যমেই রিফান্ড ইনিশিয়েট করা হবে। ডেবিট বা ক্রেডিট কার্ডে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট আপনার একাউন্ট স্টেটমেন্টে হিট করতে ৭ থেকে ১০ বিজনেস ডে লাগতে পারে এই সময়ের মধ্যেও স্টেটমেন্টে না শো করলে আপনি আপনার কার্ড ইস্যুয়ার ব্যাংক এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন অথবা আমাদের Support@fenibazar.com.bd এই মেইলে অর্ডার নাম্বার উল্লেখ করে যোগাযোগ করুন।

Issuance of Refunds

1. The processing time of your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.

2. The refund period / process starts when Fenibazr.com.bd has processed your refund according to your refund type.

3. The refund amount covers the item price and shipping fee for your returned product.

Refund Types

Fenibazr.com.bd will process your refund according to the following refund types

1. Refund from returns – Refund is processed once your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed (successful). To learn how to return an item, read our Return Policy.

2. Refunds from canceled orders – Refund is automatically triggered once cancellation is successfully processed.

3. Refunds from failed deliveries – Refund process starts when the item has reached the seller. Please take note that this may take more time depending on the area of ​​your shipping address. Screen reader support enabled.

Note: Maximum refund timeline excludes weekends and public holidays.

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
